The minimum salary offered for this position is £40,000 pa however the client may pay up to £48,000 pa to those candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities

Incident Manager

The Incident Manager will provide support and guidance to the Reactive Service Desk. You will be required to provide support to the service assurance team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. The incident Manager will also work with Engineers, Service Desk teams and provided technical advice and support as required.

The Main Duties include:

· Co-ordinate all major incidents impacting site performance.

· Co-ordinate responses to accidents, Incidents and complaints involving field engineers.

· Investigate and provide solutions to issues

· Manage customer escalations

· Meet Operational KPIs

· Route cause analysis of day to day issue for continuous improvement of processes and data.

The Candidate:

· Must have experience within the Telecommunications industry

· Experience within a customer facing role

· Excellent communication, negotiation skills

· Good problem solver

· Able to work under pressure

· Excellent MS Skills

· Supervisory experience is an advantage
