They consultant on, conceptualise, detail design and deliver bespoke Strategy & Business Transformation Projects, Application Development Projects, AI/Machine Learning and Software Engineering

Job Description

They are interested to hire seasoned entrepreneurial Business Development professionals, deal makers, who desire self-employed verses full-time permanent staff working and the opportunity to earn significant financial reward for deals converted.

Experience of Enterprise solutions selling acquiring new company logos within the technology space, ideally in digital transformation and ICT Cloud, SDN/NFV, AI, IOT, SaaS, PaaS, XaaS solutions and services is a must have.

Initial sales focus will be within Utilities, Telecoms, Publishing, Media and Fintech industries, but expected to identify the transferability of technical products and solutions to new and emerging industries

Must have a proven ability to talk with the decision makers, contract negotiation and excellent closing skills and a demonstrable track record of developing excellent client relationships and interest over the span of large deal cycles and continually build & reinforce clients perception of the company as a credible partner

Key responsibilities

? Establish sales strategy and execution plans, in conjunction with the companys principal consultants, delivery management, and marketing team members to grow within targeted sectors

? Achieve sales targets in alignment with the overall company targets

? Lead, drive and manage sales, from leads generation through deal closure.

? You will have to make yourself familiar with and become involved in existing marketing campaigns to drive more sales.

? Support the creation and submission of proposals.

Role requirements

? A solid track record of successfully selling: achieving revenue, margin and customer satisfaction goals

? Ability to talk directly to C and D level decision makers

? Have experience of sales within the technology sector

? Self-motivated, high energy and enthusiasm to hit targets and make money

? Set appointments with relevant stakeholders, where appropriate and to predefined criteria, for the sales team

Desired skills and experience

? Desire to work in a consultative sales and solutions design oriented environment.

? Experience of selling software delivery and development services

Reward

The plan is to pay a negotiable monthly retainer (based on an agreed amount of working time each month) + significant sales commission for deals converted + out-of-pocket business expenses
