The Company

Global T1 Telecommunications Carrier providing Mobile Voice and Multimedia Services. The product solutions portfolio for this role covers IEPL, IP-VPN, Internet Access, Colocation, IoT etc.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager, Enterprise is responsible for selling functions to corporate clients/ISPs in the Italy regions who need connectivity to China/Asia regions, achieve revenue and target assigned by the Company and maintain good customer relationships and support daily selling activity

Job Functions:

The key functions are;

· Acquire RFP or business opportunities and seal deal with corporate accounts to meet revenue target allocated by company each quarter/year.

· Business scopes cover IEPL, IP-VPN, Internet Access, Colocation, IoT etc in Italy regions and connectivity to China / Asia region

· Establish close rapport with targeted existing or prospective accounts by sales activities as commercial contact point

· Carry out daily pricing work and manage master agreements and order forms to be signed up by accounts.

· Promote Company products, solutions and capabilities by organizing or participant sales/marketing activities and workshops

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher, Telecommunications related subjects preferred

· Minimum of 5 years telecommunications services solutions selling in Italy to corporates including at least 3-years hands-on sales experience in the Asia/EMEA markets gained with T1 or T2 carriers

· Knowledge of China/Asia telecommunication industry is strongly preferred

· Responsible, excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure

· Excellent communications and coordination skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English as well as Italian as a first language

· Willing to travel


The Company will reward the successful candidate with a market competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and current reward package. OTE will be structured at either 60:40 or 70:30 base:sales comp, uncapped at up to 6 times. Additional benefits appropriate to employment with a large corporate will apply
