MTS Mansell Technical Services (MTS) is our Telecommunications Division specialising in;

· Unified Communications; Telecommunications / ICT / Cloud / Data Centre space, recruiting across pre-sales |sales | implementation | post sales service management delivery cycles for Carriers and Resellers

· Wireless, Broadcast and Fixed-Line Network Infrastructure; recruiting for design, build, construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance functions. Mansell is an Arqiva Gateway accredited company, and under this banner we contract out Masts & Towers Telecommunication Field Engineers

Job Description

At Mansell, youll work within an exceptionally professional, high quality customer services focussed environment. Delivering professional services to our telecommunications candidates and clients, you will;

· Sales hunt - research, target and telesales companies, get visits, promote services, agree terms, win new business, qualify vacancies, gain interviews and place candidates

· Sales farm, through effective account management and development of the client relationship, ongoing business

· Network to build a professional contacts network to sell to and also gain sales and recruitment referrals from

· Negotiate and advise on agency fees, salaries and benefits, contract assignment terms, pay and charge rates with clients and candidates

· Resource quality candidates via internal and external databases, job boards, social and professional media and referrals

· Telephone Interview to screen, shortlist, prepare and submit candidate CVs and coach candidates prior to client interview

· Targets - work effectively to meet sales revenue targets and activity KPIs

· House-keeping - maintain database records of clients, employers and vacancies

Skills & Experience

To perform and succeed in the role, youll be;

· A experienced technical recruiter (contract and perms) with previous experience in telecommunications and / or ICT sectors

· Results focussed sales hunter and farmer who thrives in a competitive sales environment, who meets or exceeds targets

· A confident communicator and influencer (fluent in both oral and written English)

· A resourceful recruiter, people perceptive, intelligent thinker, problem solver, numerate and strong memory recall

· Well organised, scheduled and a competent user of industry software tools

· Sociable, work well within a team but also on own initiative

Remuneration

We offer an attractive OTE (base salary + commission) and benefits package commensurate with experience level + proven sales performance
