The minimum salary offered for this position is £31,000 pa however the client may pay up to £36,000 pa to those candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities

The role require the candidate to have a strong technical understanding of integrated security systems: PSIM, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and door entry systems.

The role will incorporate aspects of software configuration, commissioning, service and maintenance, subcontractor management, client liaison, health and safety, planning, with possible small installation works.

The role requires a candidate with a preferred minimum 3 years previous experience, ideally field based, who is used to working with premier clients on large integrated projects.

· 36K plus depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities include;

· Attending to calls for maintenance (on site and or by telephone) as directed by team coordinators

· Rectifying all faults on the first visit where rectification is within your control.

· Assist with preventative maintenance schedules/visits.

· Collection/recording of site configuration information.

· Maintaining accurate and timely records.

· Providing cover on an out of hours basis on a rotating basis.

· Commissioning company products on large integrated projects.

· Providing training to customers and colleagues as required.

To be successful in this position you will have/be;

· A preferred minimum 3 years previous experience commissioning, installing & servicing a wide product base of access control systems, CCTV systems and intruder alarm systems.

· PSIM experience very beneficial as we produce and commission our own PSIM software

· Experience of installing and servicing fire alarm systems beneficial.

· An IT qualification and or Electrical/Electronic qualification beneficial

· A broad technical IT knowledge, i.e. Installing various Windows Operating Systems; networking configuration and design understanding etc.

· Knowledge of basic electrical principals such as measuring voltage and current drain

· Good attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within the allotted timescales.

· An enthusiastic team player who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach at all times.

· Comfortable working irregular hours and being on a 24/7 call rota

· 5-year checkable employment history & Right to work in UK/EU unrestricted

· Fluent in written and spoken English

· Manufacturer's courses (are an advantage)
