The minimum salary offered for this position is £35,000 pa however the client may pay up to £45,000 pa to those candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities

The Company

Our Surrey based client is a leader in the design and manufacture of plant equipment in the process/pharma and water industries.

Due to expansion they require a Water Treatment Service Manager/Engineer to look after existing service contracts and to support the engineering team.

The Role

Duties to include:

1) Planning & arrangement of Service contract visits with customers and service personnel

2) Production of service documentation packs

3) Procurement of spares for service contracts

4) Technical support of customers via Telephone & site visits as required.

5) Maintaining log of call out requests and resolution performance

6) Managing service contract renewals

7) Initial review of Service reports and production of any quotations required

8) Review of Service documentation including COSHH Assessments and updating as required.

9) Performing service visits when required

10) Technical assistance to project managers

11) Management of refurbishment/upgrade projects on existing customer systems

The Candidate

Ideally candidates will have Pharma/Biotech experience but must have water treatment experience ideally with softeners/reverse osmosis and deionisation technology.

The Package

Salary is negotiable based on expectation and experience.

Holidays - 20 days plus Xmas break (shut down from the 23rd Dec to the 2nd Jan).
