Junior Design Engineer

From £25,000 - Tonbridge

Our client is a specialist engineering company that manufactures bespoke systems.

They are currently expanding their team and looking to employ a Junior Desing Engineer.

The Role

Working within the Mechanical Engineering team the ideal candidate will focus on mechanical design of their bespoke systems

Using knowledge of engineering principles to design components, jigs and fixtures

Other ad hoc engineering tasks as required

The Candidate

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Some industry design experience

Experience using Autodesk Inventor (Solidworks is considered)

Proven knowledge of manufacturing process control

Knowledge of stress, loadings, centre of gravity

The Package

The client is offering circa £25,000 plus benefits.
