My client is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator who can set and operate 3 Axis CNC Mills to produce precision components from technical drawings.

Salary: £30000 - £33000

Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm Fri 7:30am-12:30pm (39 hours)

Overtime: lots of OT available 10 hours on average (Time and a third on weekdays and double time for Sundays)

Responsibilities

Setting and operating CNC Mills

Working to tight tolerances

Preforming quality checks on completed work

Clean and maintain CNC machines and all associated equipment as well as the general machining area

Able to interpret engineering drawings

Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment

Desirable

Experience with mazak machinery

Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment

Computer literate

Excellent hand eye coordination
