The Company
A well-established global engineering company that is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join a fast-paced workshop.

The Role
To mechanically assemble and build machines, mechanically fitting parts including wiring looms and electronic assembly.

Competent use of manual machinery and other associated tool room equipment.

To complete all paperwork and documentation required.

To organise and keep tooling in good order.

To assist with annual stock count.

Keep the workstation and area clean and tidy.

To liaise with other Department Managers and company members and communicate in a polite manner and aid other staff.

A requirement to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required.

The Candidate
1. Mechanical fitting/assembling background.
2. Engineering qualification.
3. Able to read engineering drawings.
4. Competent with micrometers and verniers

The Package
The salary offered for this position is £20,000- £27,000pa to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
