Seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Production Technician to join the team.

The Role:
As an Electro-Mechanical Production Technician, you'll be an integral part of their production team, playing a pivotal role in building and testing their state-of-the-art sensors.
Key Responsibilities:
Skilfully perform electro-mechanical assembly, including soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
Collaborate with the engineering team to encapsulate electronic assemblies, utilizing your expertise to ensure optimal performance and durability.
Execute post-assembly testing procedures meticulously, troubleshooting and rectifying any issues to guarantee flawless functionality.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, sharing insights and ideas that elevate our production standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

The Candidate:
Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in assembly and testing processes.
Familiarity with post-assembly testing procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across departments.
A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

The Package:
A competitive annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000, 25 days holiday and an exceptional pension package.
