Soldering Technician

The Company
A leading manufacturer that is looking for a skilled Soldering Technician to join the team.

The Role
You will be highly skilled in product soldering to the relevant IPC standard always ensuring quality workmanship. You must be confident carrying out fine detailed hand soldering to IPC-160 standard.

Duties:
Hand soldering
Using a variety of manufacturing tools.
Working from drawings
Basic testing of products
Running pick and place machines


The Candidate
Strong soldering experience
Ideally, experience running a pick and place machine however not essential
Experience in basic testing
Good communication skills
Able to work to timescales
Enjoys working in a team



Salary
The salary offered for this position is £20,000- £26,000 depending on whether a candidate can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
