A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Assembler to join their team.
This role is 4 days per week – Monday to Thursday - 6:30-16:00
The Role
Seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies to produce complete products.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies to produce complete products.
Use of hand tools and light machinery to assemble components.
Fit components and check for accuracy and quality.
Work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
The Candidate
Previous experience in mechanical assembly.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
The Package
Offering up to £13.50 per hour plus a discretionary bonus.
