Cell Leader - Assembly

Our Uxbridge based client is a genuine world leader in their field, designing and manufacturing extremely complex engineered solutions which are used throughout the world. Due to continued expansion and a full order book, they are seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to increase site output.

They are seeking Cell Leader to manage their assembly function with the following:


Experience managing a team of engineers.
Monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
Problem solving issues on the shop floor.
Planning and scheduling work based on daily priorities.
Leading a team of up to 20 engineers / technicians.
You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative environment where communication is key to be successful. You will have a sound understanding of mechanical engineering and the principles, with experience of applying them to manufacturing and production environments. A strong man manager who is able to work with an array of trainee through to highly experienced manufacturing professionals.

Qualifications:
An apprenticeship is a bonus, however qualified by experience candidates are equally as welcome to apply.
