A well established engineering company is seeking a Grounds Keeper to look after their premises.

The Role
Utilising quadbikes, mowers and strimmer's to maintain land 
Ad hoc general maintenance utilising hand tools such as drills
Add hoc general maintenance – ie installing new window blinds

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 3.30pm, 39 hour week

The Candidate
Ability to use hands tools such as drills
Confident in groundswork and using a range of equipment
A non smoker

The Package
Offering £23,000 per annum
