Our West Sussex-based company is a market leader in the design, development, and manufacture of high-cost low volume equipment.
Due to continued growth, they require two Materials Handlers/Stores persons to work out of a new site in Southwater.
The successful candidates will coordinate the cost-effective movement of all materials so that company targets are achieved.
Duties will include driving the company van, picking/packing materials, and loading and unloading materials.
Receive, check, and receipt of materials using the ERP system.
Unload/load delivery vehicles using the company forklift as required.
Preparation of kitted parts for manufacture.
Ensure stock is stored appropriately, with correct labeling.
Previous stores/warehouse experience.
Knowledge of JIT/KANBAN processes would be ideal but not essential
Forklift licence an advantage.
Good communicational skills
£23,600 plus a benefits package.
