Production Administrator
The Company
A well-established engineering company that is going through growth.
The Role
Ensure sales orders and works orders databases are cleansed and up to date.
Establish priorities for specific customer orders revise schedules according to customer requirements and keep them updated.
Raise works orders, and work with Account Managers to ensure works orders and sales orders are up to date and relevant.
Ensure there are timings on the operations on Bills of Materials, and liaise with estimating and engineering to ensure this is achieved.
Liaise with Sales, and purchasing departments to complete the contract review
Work with internal departments to be aware of any issues and progress on production.
Other relevant duties as required.
The Candidate
1. General standard of education required.
2. Good communication skills are required.
3. Good computer skills are required.
4. Experience in administration and/or manufacturing preferred.
The Package
The salary offered for this position is £20,000- £25,000 to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
