Test Technician

The Company
Our West Sussex-based client is a leader on the design and manufacture of high cost, low volume specialist equipment. Due to continued growth they require three Test Technicians to test and investigate production units to specification, fault find and carry out rectification and reworks.
Based in Pulborough.

The Role
Testing, fault finding and repair of electronic equipment.
Completion of test reports and documentation in accordance with customer requirements and in line with the Quality Management System standards.
Upgrading and modification of assemblies and finished product.
Interpretation and implementation of changes to assemblies and finished product in accordance with documentation.
Identifying product quality and performance issues and raising appropriate non-conformances.
Liasing with Design Engineering, Test Equipment Design and Sales in support of meeting customer requirements and finished product quality and performance.

The Candidate
HNC in Electrical/Electronics Engineering desirable.
Experience in electronics
Ability to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies and multi meters.
Experience in soldering and rework


Salary
£20,000- £24,375
